Prop. 63 - About This Measure

Proposition 63- Mental Health Services Expansion

This Proposition provides funds to expand services for mentally ill children and adults through out the state. The funding for expansion of mental health services will come from imposing a 1 % tax on personal income exceeding $1 million dollars a year. In addition this proposition would prevent the state from cutting funding for mental health services below what they are set at currently.
